I’m here to help you lead change and inspire hope.
I help leaders understand change. Most change is misrepresented and misunderstood, positioned as the sole responsibility of a point leader who must conjure up enough vision to motivate people to do what they can scarcely do for themselves: change.
Change is destined to mediocrity without deep empathy for those they lead.
Leaders perpetuate chaos when they crave consensus before clarity.
Together we can create more empathy through listening. We can invite others to play significant roles in stories worth telling. We can lead strong, rooting a hopeful future in the ethos and behavior of the present.
Here’s a little more about why change matters to me.

More About Me
I love Lewis and Clark, bulletproof coffee, Frederic Chopin, chocolate chip cookies, and Abraham Lincoln.
My wife and I have four children. We live in Utah where we play outside every day, have bonfires as much as possible, and eat mostly vegan (even the chocolate chip cookies).
